With previous hires I’ve had to fill the tub myself, is this the case with Soakology?

Unlike other hot tub hire companies, we do all the hard work for you. We stay until the tub is filled, meaning you don’t have to lift a finger.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

We require an adult to be present for set up (no one needs to be in for collection) We need a clean area free from furniture, and access to water and power.

How long does set up take?

This can vary depending on a number of factors, but tends to take around an hour for the tub to fill depending on water pressure.

How do I pay?

We accept cash payments at the time of set up. You can pay by BACs, credit/debit card, or PayPal prior to delivery.

What happens in windy conditions?

To avoid damage, you may be asked to remove the covers from the gazebo. It can also be lowered to lower the impact of the wind.

Children may use the hot tub under strict supervision from an adult. Children under 14 years of age must have the hot tub temperature set to 37*c or below. Children must take a break at least once every 20 minutes. It’s important all users, but especially children, stay hydrated.

How long does it take to be ready?

Generally, the hot tubs can take up to 24hrs to heat. However, we have the ability to fill from a internal hot water source so the tub can be ready to use the same night (we do not charge for this additional night use).
